Sad Truths About War!
Did you know that for like the 300 years America has been around about 200 of those years we have been at war?
Today we will be talking about some sad truths in war that some people might not even think about.
One sad truth is Technological Advancements! You are probably thinking I know weapon advancements are made during war, but did you think about the other fields? probably not. Medical is hugely affected by wars because the better your medical technology is the better chance to keep you soldiers in the fight. Drugs such as morphine and cocaine, heroin were created do to wars and were used to help mainly with pain heroin was used on returning soldiers to help them lean off of morphine.
The next sad truth is there is no winners in war technically speaking! Many of you probably know this but no one wins in war all that happens is governments change and land is loss or gain. But in every war people are loss too family's loose people no matter what side you are on. Soldiers die civilians die. Look at Russia and Ukraine right now people from both countries who aren’t even soldiers are dying everyday due to some dumb war brought on by Putin that the Russian populous don’t even really want to be a part of and frankly neither do most soldiers they are just following orders.
The one sad final truth I’m goanna say today is war happens everywhere and unless it is talked about no one really cares. Look at Ukraine and Russia everyone is cheering for them but that because we know the war is happening. But what about wars in Myanmar where their country has been taken over by their own military and innocent civilians are being killed each day. Tigray is under attack and has been for some time I only see very few articles about it, and I've seen one parade supporting Tigray. Another mention is the Gaza strip that is constantly at war.
Lots of countries are at war and most countries are constantly fighting even if not involved themselves we call these proxy wars two big countries backing a smaller war pretty much gambling with people lives.
I hope this gives you a better understanding of war and how it is affecting us and People all around the globe I am very into war and studying older wars mainly ones dealing with America or huge conflicts between many countries
